This return and refund policy applies to purchases made on tclbrandshop.ke. Returns, refunds, and replacements are available for customers in Kenya only unless otherwise stated.

 

1. Returns Policy

  • The product is defective upon arrival
  • The product does not match the website description

 

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • With all accessories, manuals and warranty cards

A return request outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Items not in the original packaging
  • Products without proof of purchase

 

Return Approval Process

Once you contact us:

  2. We inspect the product where needed
  3. We approve or deny the request based on eligibility
  4. We provide next steps

Return approval can take 14 working days.

 

2. Refund Policy

Refund Methods

  • MPesa
  • Bank transfer
  • Replacement of the product

Refund method must match the payment method used.

Shipping, delivery and installation fees are not refundable.

 

Refunds may be denied if:

3. Replacement Policy

All TCL products sold by TCL Brandshop are covered by a manufacturer warranty.

Warranty includes:

  • Electrical surges
  • Mishandling

Warranty Duration

Warranty periods vary by product category.

  • Accessories: 6 Months

How Warranty Claims Work

  1. Customer contacts us with issue details
  2. Product is inspected by an authorized service center
  3. Repair is performed under warranty
  4. If repair is not possible → replacement may be arranged by manufacturer

 

Warranty repairs are handled only through authorized TCL service centres.

TCL Brandshop does not perform repairs directly.
