All orders placed on TCL Brandshop are processed within 24 hours (Monday–Saturday).
Orders placed after 6:00pm are processed the next working day.
You will receive an order confirmation via email immediately after completing your purchase.

We do countrywide deliveries.
Within Nairobi
Delivery typically takes same day – 24 hours depending on time of order.
Outside Nairobi
Delivery typically takes 1 – 2 working days (48hrs) depending on destination and ShipShap courier coverage.
While we strive to deliver within the stated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Delivery Method
Deliveries are completed through:

ShipShap – our exclusive third-party courier partner for all deliveries within Nairobi and nationwide

In-store pickup at our Nairobi location (by prior arrangement)
All shipped orders are handled by ShipShap, ensuring reliable, secure, and trackable deliveries across Kenya.
For pickup orders, customers may collect their items directly from our store once notified that the order is ready.
A Ship shap courier representative will contact you prior to delivery to confirm arrival details.
Delivery Inspection
Customers are requested to:
- Inspect the package upon delivery
- Check product condition
- Ensure correct product was received
If the item is damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately.
Do not accept visibly damaged packages.

Delivery is subject to Ship shap’s coverage and accessibility. In rare cases where a specific location is not serviceable, we will notify you promptly and offer suitable alternatives.
Pickup Option
Pickup from our Nairobi Store is available by prior arrangement only.
